Terms and Conditions.

By using our platform — whether by browsing, creating an account, or making a purchase — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions and agree to be fully bound by them. If you do not agree to any provision, please do not use the service.

These terms constitute a legally binding contract between you (the user) and us. The provisions are governed by the Electronic Transactions Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

We provide a platform for selling and activating genuinely licensed digital services and professional software, including:

• Activation keys (Windows, Office, Antivirus).
• Account subscriptions (Adobe, ChatGPT, Canva, etc.).
• Licensed digital files and templates.
• Ready-to-use streaming accounts (Netflix, Spotify, etc.).

We are an authorized intermediary between the user and the original service providers. We guarantee the authenticity of everything we sell and provide support throughout the subscription period.

When you create an account with us, you undertake to:

• Provide accurate and complete information, and update it when it changes.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Be 18 years of age or older, or obtain the consent of a guardian.

Any activity carried out from your account is considered your responsibility. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in cases of fraud, resale, or repeated violations.

Permitted: Licensed personal or commercial use of the purchased services, in accordance with the terms of the original service providers.

Expressly prohibited:

• Sharing account credentials with external parties.
• Reselling or transferring subscriptions without written permission.
• Using the services for illegal or immoral purposes.
• Attempting to hack or access our systems or other users' data.
• Using automated software (bots) to purchase or interact with the platform.

A violation results in immediate termination of the account without a refund, and may be referred to the competent authorities.

Fees are charged in advance for each subscription period. The rules:

• Prices are displayed in US dollars ($) and are automatically converted to your local currency at checkout.
• Tax invoices include VAT 15% for customers within Saudi Arabia.
• Automatic renewal is enabled by default for monthly and annual subscriptions.
• You will receive reminders 7, 3, and 1 days before each renewal.
• You can turn off automatic renewal at any time from your dashboard → Subscriptions.

If an automatic payment fails, we grant you a 7-day grace period before suspending the service.

We offer a full refund according to the following periods:

• Silver plan: 7 days from purchase.
• Gold plan: 14 days.
• Platinum plan: 30 days.

Refund conditions:

• The service has not been substantially used (keys not activated, accounts not logged into).
• Submitting the refund request through the control panel.
• Amounts are refunded to the same payment method within 3–7 business days of approval.

No refund is available for accounts that have been misused or that have violated their terms.

All platform content — the logo, design, code, texts, and images — is our exclusive property and is protected under copyright laws.

The services sold (Adobe, Microsoft, etc.) are the property of their original providers — we grant you only the right to use them in accordance with their terms. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them.

Any content you post (reviews, comments) remains yours, but you grant us a free license to display it on the platform.

We provide the services "as is" without warranty as to the content of the original services (such as the availability of specific Netflix content, or new Adobe features).

We are not responsible for:

• The original service providers' decisions regarding content or features.
• Indirect damages (loss of profits, data, or opportunities).
• Service interruptions due to failures beyond our control (providers' servers, the internet).

Our maximum liability for any claim does not exceed the value of the last subscription paid during the preceding 12 months.

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. For material changes:

• We will notify you by email 30 days before they take effect.
• Your continued use after that is considered acceptance of the new terms.
• If you do not agree, you may terminate your account and be refunded the value of the unused period.

Termination by us: We may terminate your account in the event of a violation, with 14 days' notice (immediate in serious cases).

Termination by you: At any time from the control panel. Your services remain active until the end of the paid cycle.

For disputes: jurisdiction lies with the Saudi courts in accordance with the Saudi Commercial Arbitration Law.
